This place is great. The setup is similar to that of Chipotle but more flavorful and with better ingredients. We had their tacos with beef, chicken, and pork, and they were all great. The stand-out is probably the Carnitas, which was super tender, flavorful, and delicious. One unusual thing is that they grill some white american cheese onto the taco before putting the other toppings, of which there are many. It's a little unorthodox but hey it seems to work as the tacos are awesome. The tacos are not too liquidy and they use flour tortillas. As such they don't do the double-tortilla taco, so you're really eating mostly the good stuff. It's not quite the most authentic mexican food of course but they have Jarritos and as per the staff will have Horchata soon. In all, will return.
